Job summary

Wire IT, базирующаяся в Португалии, ищет опытного Product Manager/Owner для цифровых продуктов. Обязанности включают владение дорожной картой и бэклогом, работу с рекламой и монетизацией, влияние на кросс-функциональные команды и баланс коммерции и UX.

Требуется 6+ лет опыта, владение английским языком и готовность работать в международной среде. Условия: без срока, полная занятость, социальные плюшки и рост в компании.

Qualifications

• 6+ лет опыта как Product Manager или Product Owner для цифровых продуктов с управлением roadmap и backlog.
• Опыт в AdTech, ритейле, медиа или рекламно-оплачиваемых продуктах.
• Опыт запуска и оптимизации рекламных размещений на веб и/или мобильных приложениях.
• Доказанная работа по управлению метриками дохода (реклама, CTR, eCPM).
• Умение балансировать коммерческие цели и пользовательский опыт.
• Умение влиять на кросс-функциональные команды.

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital products, with ownership of roadmap and backlog prioritisation.


• Hands-on experience in AdTech, Retail, Media, or ad-supported digital products.


• Experience launching or optimising advertising placements or formats across web and/or mobile apps.


• Proven track record managing revenue-related metrics, such as ad revenue, fill rate, CTR, or eCPM.


• Ability to balance commercial objectives with customer experience and make product trade-off decisions.


• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders across Design, Engineering, Commercial, Retail, or Media teams.


• Fluency in written and spoken English
