Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering. Experience using AI tooling to support activities such as: Code generation and refactoring; Test creation and automation; Documentation generation; Code analysis and review Technical investigation and problem solving Ability to review, validate and improve AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, security and maintainability. Strong commercial experience developing software using Java and Spring Boot. Experience building and operating distributed systems, RESTful APIs and microservices. Strong commercial experience using JavaScript and TypeScript. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, code quality and maintainable code. Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility and responsive design. Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and modern software delivery approaches. Experience with containerisation technologies. Understanding of infrastructure, monitoring and observability practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Будет плюсом: Next.Js experience is desirable
