Boston Scientific is seeking a Product Manager III to integrate an exciting new product line into our Pain Stim Portfolio. This defined-term role focuses on accelerating innovation through integration while ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality.

The position requires deep product management expertise, strong VOC skills, and the ability to drive data‑driven decisions across R&D, QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Marketing and global teams. Hybrid work in our U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related business experience, including at least 2 years in Product Management and strategic commercialization.
• Experience in a highly regulated medical device/pharma environment.
• Strong Excel skills for forecasts, templates, and project planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30%.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of a complex new Product Portfolio integration program.
• Lead voice of the customer and represent business needs for assigned integration products throughout the organization and with cross‑functional teams (R&D, QA, RA, Operations).
• Lead daytime product integration operations with focus on fully integrating Peripheral Nerve Stimulation products within the Pain Stim portfolio.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, IT, Clinical, Operations and other cross‑functional teams to integrate acquired technologies into the medical device portfolio while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and internal quality systems.
• Product Hierarchy, part number creation, and product consolidation as needed.
• Product Packaging & Re‑branding activities as needed.
• Demand Planning for assigned products.
• User Needs creation and complaint documentation.
• Collaborate to develop and update product labeling/IFUs.
• EU MDR Product Readiness.
• Develop and execute global multi‑year integration product strategy for the PainStim business portfolio, with primary focus on Peripheral Nerve Stimulation.
• Support design reviews, phase‑gate reviews and regulatory submissions related to integrated hardware and software products.
• Drive issue resolution and decision‑making across organizational boundaries.
• Support cross‑functional teams through integration workstreams
• Collaborate with downstream marketing to drive innovative marketing solutions for assigned products, programs and tools to create value and support the needs of the Sales Team during integration process
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
