About the Role

As a Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Management at Anywhere Integrated Services you will:

  1. Oversee products independently; Lead day-to-day product activities from vision to roadmap to implementation.
  2. Define product roadmaps, work with engineering to build the products and coordinate across internal partners.
  3. Collaborate with business and technical groups, gathering business requirements, designing business processes, developing high level application designs to execute on the product roadmap.
  4. Identify and problem-solve barriers to adoption across the product journey.
  5. Aid in the development of cases for new features and capabilities using a blend of quantitative and qualitative insights.
  6. Gather qualitative user feedback to inform the product roadmap as well as collaborate with partners to solve urgent product issues.

The ideal candidate has a consistent track record of delivering results and strategic competence as well as effective collaboration across a range of audiences to include engineers, designers and business teams, to deliver compelling, valuable, and impactful experiences to our employees and customers. They have excellent analytical insight and the ability to diagnose complex problems in a meticulous way to identify the key points of leverage to improve overall outcomes from the system. They can collaborate with a diverse set of constituencies to identify the best way to solve a cross functional problem. Finally, they excel at challenging the status quo.

Qualifications

Are you interested in solving such complex problems and developing new skills? That said, the successful candidate will likely have at least some of the following:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles defining product requirements and building successful solutions with a demonstrated impact.
  2. Excellent analytical and systems thinking skills.
  3. Strong collaboration track record with a diverse set of constituencies, including peers, senior stakeholders, internal and external customers, and teams.
  4. Direct and clear interpersonal skills.
  5. A bias towards action and a strong track record of delivering results.
  6. Ability to lead by influencing others, without the need to project formal authority, especially in cross-functional and executive settings.
  7. Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience working with team members across different functions of an organization.
  8. Experience within Real Estate industry specifically Title and Closing products preferred.
