ABC News…and many more. These products and brands – and the unmatched stories, storytellers, and events they carry – matter to millions of people globally.
  • Innovation: We develop and implement groundbreaking products and techniques that shape industry norms, and solve complex and distinctive technical problems.

The Business Operations team helps guide and articulate technology strategy and research, and is responsible for driving the day-to-day operation of the Product & Technology organization, including: project and portfolio management and tracking; organization-level capital, space, and resource management and allocation; process management; technical incident management; and our administrative and workplace experience support team.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager to join the Reporting Solutions & Enablement Team for Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology (DEEP&T). You’ll help build critical self-serve reporting & analytics tools to help technical and business teams across Disney Entertainment to understand and optimize the performance of Disney’s direct-to-consumer streaming products including Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. You’ll help drive adoption and ensure the long‑term success of our tools, bridging product delivery and real user impact. This role is critical for enabling our product and technical teams to make data-driven decisions, optimize customer experiences, and help Disney grow our direct-to-consumer streaming products.

What You’ll Do

Product Management, Operations, and Go-to-Market

  • Help gather and compile business and technical requirements, drive the product development lifecycle, define user acceptance criteria, and lead go-to-market activities
  • Lead day‑to‑day product operations across cross‑functional workstreams, help align teams, remove blockers, and orchestrate flawless execution.
  • Own end-to-end launch execution for internal reporting products, including communications, user onboarding, and access management
  • Establish standardized templates, tools, and methodologies for operational consistency and efficiency.
  • Maintain centralized product documentation, knowledge repositories, and runbook libraries to facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer.

Drive User Engagement & Adoption

  • Build deep relationships with internal stakeholders; conduct ongoing research and pain point analysis.
  • Develop and execute enablement programs, e.g., onboarding sessions, training workshops, and engagement campaigns.
  • Identify and empower power users and champions to accelerate tool adoption.
  • Improve users' data literacy by bridging the gap between data governance, data stewards, and users through standardized definitions and shared educational materials.

Monitor Success & Support Round-the-Clock

  • Identify measurable product outcomes and KPIs and evaluate success against defined objectives.
  • Track KPIs, and deploy user surveys to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage user support channels and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain a positive user experience.
  • Escalate identified reported errors to appropriate stakeholders. Ensure issues are rectified in a timely manner. Keep stakeholders up to date on progress.

Leadership & Stakeholder Communications

  • Prepare executive summaries and stakeholder updates, highlighting progress, metrics, risks, and next steps.
  • Lead cross-functional syncs and escalation forums to ensure alignment with business and tech teams.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years in product operations, program management, or product management, especially in internal‑tools, reporting, or analytics environments.
  • Strong understanding of user enablement strategies, adoption frameworks, and stakeholder influence.
  • Excellent communicator, adept at executive presentations, stakeholder stewardship, and cross‑team alignment.
  • Highly organized and execution‑oriented; thrives amid ambiguity and evolving priorities. Comfortable establishing structure where none exists.
  • Experience with internal tooling, analytics platforms, or data governance is a plus.
  • Able to quantify project value, define roadmap inputs, and establish metrics that align with business outcomes.
