Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager II to join the Physician Experience and Physician Solutions team, shaping the future of digital healthcare. You will own complex physician workflow challenges on an EHR platform across web and mobile, guiding the full lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with UX, Engineering, Clinical Operations, PMO, Legal, and Compliance to deliver impactful product experiences, establish OKRs, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2–4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field.
• Experience managing digital products or complex software from discovery through delivery.
• Strong understanding of strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into product opportunities.
• Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data for decisions.
• Experience with discovery, interviews, workflow analysis, and solution validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for assigned physician platform capabilities.
• Drive continuous product discovery through physician interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Translate complex business and clinical needs into actionable product requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering to validate solutions and deliver impactful experiences.
• Prioritize opportunities based on provider needs, business value, clinical outcomes, and feasibility.
• Drive cross-product integration with interconnected clinical platforms.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Clinical Operations, PMO, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Lead Agile Scrum delivery by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Establish OKRs and measure success through adoption, efficiency, and physician satisfaction.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory, privacy, security, and governance standards.
