Position Summary
MedInsight is seeking a Product Manager II to join our team of engineers, designers, and product managers to build robust, engaging healthcare analytic products. The role involves representing our clients’ needs throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to release management. The Product Manager II will coordinate between engineering, go-to-market teams, actuaries, and clients to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap, and priorities. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serving as an expert in clinical and financial risk management utilizing claims-based data sets
• Defining and managing analytic healthcare reporting solutions
• Gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and feedback
• Understanding our analytics products and competitive positioning
• Prioritizing, scoping, and defining product features
• Managing daily operations of product development teams, including sprints and communication facilitation
• Facilitating product releases with quality assurance, documentation, and communication
• Coordinating stakeholders across engineering, support, sales, and leadership
• Creating and maintaining product roadmaps with leadership teams

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Analysis, or relevant roles
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, data analytics, or related fields
• Expertise in the US healthcare industry and claims-based analytic methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within diverse teams

Preferred skills include familiarity with analytics technologies (Databricks, SQL, R, Python), experience with large datasets, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and cloud technologies (Azure).

Compensation: $104,900 - $207,720, based on experience and qualifications.
