Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Product Manager II in the Identity organization to own strategy and execution for enterprise identity and multi-user experiences across Coinbase’s business products. You will define how business customers manage users, roles, permissions, and security controls across Coinbase’s growing product portfolio, shaping adoption and scale on our platform.

This role requires 5+ years of product management, with at least 2 years in identity or enterprise SaaS, and a track record

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in identity or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record shipping RBAC, SSO, MFA, or provisioning systems at scale.
• Ability to translate security and technical requirements into clear product strategies and intuitive UX.
• Experience leading launches that involve security, privacy, legal, compliance, and customer-support stakeholders.
• Fluency in identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows and cost.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for enterprise identity and multi-user capabilities (RBAC, organization management, SSO/SAML, domain claiming, provisioning).
• Drive the authentication, authorization, and account-security strategy for scale across consumer and business customers.
• Lead cross-functional launches with engineering, design, security, legal, privacy, CX and international stakeholders.
• Partner with Security and Engineering to identify vulnerabilities, mitigations, and guardrails for privileged access workflows.
• Shape the long-term platform vision for identity primitives across Coinbase's custodial product suite.
