Nelnet, Inc. (Nelnet Business Services) is seeking a Product Manager II to discover market problems, validate opportunities, and develop strategic roadmaps with executives.

You will partner with product owners and development teams to deliver impactful results for education customers. The role features a hybrid work arrangement near offices in Oklahoma, with some remote work allowed within a 30-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of product management experience or product knowledge.
• Experience in a platform/hub-and-spoke product environment.
• Technical fluency with APIs and modern data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develops market opportunities and defines roadmap aligned to vision.
• Collaborates with Marketing and Sales for growth strategies.
• Maintains product roadmaps linked to strategic goals and yearly plans.
• Analyzes KPIs to measure product performance and revenue impact.
• Coordinates launches and ensures customer-focused delivery.
