Aya Healthcare, a leading healthcare workforce solutions provider, seeks a Product Manager II to own software initiatives improving inter-team communication and internal operations. You will translate complex roadmaps into software requirements, communicate a business-focused vision, and drive value for Aya and its stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience with internal/enterprise application(s).
• Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
• Experience using AI tools to support core product management work.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly as part of day-to-day product management work.
• Experience defining or designing AI-enabled product features is a plus, but not required.
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence across functions and disciplines.

• On-going development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Drive discovery activities with business leaders, users, design and tech teams to deliver value.
• Lead cross-functional teams to realize product concepts and bring them to market.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on impact objectives and business goals.
• Produce quality work with a strong sense of urgency.
• Respond to changing market dynamics with effective collaboration.
• Use approved AI tools effectively and responsibly to improve product management work.
• As Aya expands AI capabilities, develop skills to identify and design AI-enabled features with design and engineering.
• Support Production Support team with analyzing escalated issues.
