Aya Healthcare is seeking a Product Manager II to lead a software initiative that improves cross-team communication and streamlines internal operations. You will translate a complex roadmap into actionable software requirements and articulate a business-focused vision to diverse stakeholders.

In this role you will partner with internal users and a scrum team to deliver value, guide discovery efforts, and drive outcomes. Strong communication, collaboration, and AI tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience with internal/enterprise applications.
• Experience with modern product discovery and delivery.
• Experience using AI tools to support product work.
• Ability to communicate business-focused vision to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• On-going development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Assist Production Support by analyzing escalated issues.

The Product Manager II will manage a new or existing software initiative to improve communication between internal teams and streamline internal business operations. They will work with internal end users and a scrum team to improve our products, address new challenges, and drive business outcomes for Aya. Responsibilities:

• On-going development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Drive discovery activities - working with business leaders and users, as well as design and technical team members - to create effective solutions that will deliver quantifiable value to Aya and our end users.
• Lead cross-functional teams to collaboratively realize product concepts and bring them to market.
• Effectively engage with stakeholders to align on shared impact objectives, understand their business goals and processes, and manage their expectations.
• Produce quality work while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Respond to changing market and business dynamics quickly, with effective collaboration with stakeholders, the delivery team and leadership
• Use approved AI tools effectively and responsibly to improve the quality and efficiency of product management work.
• As Aya expands AI capabilities within its products, develop the skills needed to identify, define, and design AI-enabled product features in partnership with design and engineering.
• Support Production Support team with analyzing escalated issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience with internal/enterprise application(s)
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
• Experience using AI tools to support core product management work, such as research, analysis, discovery, requirements development, documentation, and communication.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly as part of day-to-day product management work.
• Experience defining or designing AI-enabled product features is a plus, but not required.
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), initiative and responsiveness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines.

Compensation

Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $140,000 to $155,000.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
