Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years in software development and data science, plus 1 year in product management.
  • 1 year managing the product development lifecycle, including roadmaps and launches.
  • 1 year driving product launches within ML/AI or content recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive content recommendations improvements for teens on YouTube.
  • Lead product roadmaps, execution, and launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Own backend products, classifiers, and recommendation treatments for youth.
  • Commission and steer user research and logs analysis to inform decisions.
  • Define and align shared success metrics across partner teams.
