Job summary

Lendistry, a nationwide minority-led, tech-savvy lender for small businesses, seeks a Product Manager I to help design, deliver, and continuously improve its business lending platform. The role covers modules from origination through the life of loan, including servicing, portfolio management, and treasury.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, support Agile delivery, and use data-driven insights to optimize the product while ensuring compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in technology, product management, or related roles.
• 2+ years Agile/Scrum, project management, or equivalent.
• Experience in financial services, lending technology, or credit operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to manage the product roadmap.
• Own modules across the lending lifecycle, ensuring they are developed, tested, and delivered.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, originations, portfolio fulfillment, legal, compliance, and risk teams to gather requirements.
• Manage sprint planning activities, update Jira boards, and track deliverables.
• Contribute to borrower-, applicant-, investor-, user- and partner-facing features that enhance transparency and compliance.
• Support data-driven decision-making by tracking KPIs and adoption.
• Assist in vendor and partner integration projects, including testing and UAT.
• Provide regular status updates and milestone reporting.
