Job summary

Ralliant seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and commercial success of hygienic sensors for food, beverage and life sciences. You turn customer insights into product requirements and work with engineering to bring products to market.

You will enable sales with compelling materials and training. You will travel up to 25% to customer sites and trade shows, gathering VOC and building strong business cases.

Qualifications

• Own the product strategy and roadmaps balancing customer needs, feasibility and business value.
• Build business cases with market size, pricing, margin and launch plans.
• Gather voice-of-customer input via site visits, interviews and sales/applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for your portfolio and balance customer needs with feasibility and ROI.
• Write clear market and product requirements and prioritize with engineering during development.
• Lead end-to-end product launches: positioning, pricing, sales training and marketing materials.
• Track revenue, margin, quality and share; act on the data to optimize portfolio performance.
• Manage product lifecycle including end-of-life decisions and transition plans.
• Monitor competitors, EHEDG/3-A/regulatory trends affecting your products.
