Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a software development environment.
• Experience in the criminal justice market.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Proven experience managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ezJury and ezWarrant.
• Design and execute the implementation process for clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training programs for customers.
• Facilitate the transition from implementation to ongoing support.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap aligning with customer needs.
• Lead testing initiatives for product quality.
