Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience in pharmacy benefit management or health plans.
• Experience with data products, platforms, or analytics initiatives.
• Strong data modeling and ETL/ELT knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex problems into viable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with agile frameworks; Scrum Product Owner preferred.
• Experience with GitHub or similar repos.
• Knowledge of Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of product features.
• Manage stakeholders' priorities and act as a subject matter expert through curiosity and drive.
• Partner with go-to-market and client-facing teams to identify value-add opportunities.
• Analyze product data to derive insights to prioritize and optimize post-release.
• Work with design team to conduct user experience testing and research.
• Collect and act on feedback from stakeholders and clients to ideate new products.
• Create and maintain a 15-month rolling product roadmap.
• Develop business requirements and specification documents.
• Define product requirements for data pipelines, models, and services.
• Perform backlog refinement, epic planning, and other scrum events.
• Publish value-driven release notes and user guides.
• Present roadmap updates and delivery risks to senior leadership.
