Qualifications

• ,1) 2+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• 2) Experience with PBM/health plans or healthcare companies.
• 3) Experience supporting data products/platforms/analytics initiatives.
• 4) Understanding of data engineering, ELT/ETL, orchestration, data quality.
• 5) Ability to translate complex problems into viable solutions.
• 6) Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• 7) Analytical skills with SQL/Excel or similar.
• 8) Experience with modern data platforms and cloud tech (Snowflake, AWS S3, Dagster/Airflow).
• 9) Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• 10) Attention to detail and strong PM skills.
• 11) Intellectual curiosity and growth mindset.
• 12) Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment experience.
• 13) Agile/Scrum exposure; Scrum Product Owner a plus.
• 14) Github or similar repos experience.
• 15) Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of features.
• Manage stakeholders’ priorities and act as a subject matter expert with curiosity.
• Partner with go-to-market and client-facing teams to identify value-add opportunities.
• Analyze product data to derive insights for prioritization and post-release optimization.
• Work with design team to conduct user testing and research.
• Collect and act on feedback from internal and external clients to ideate and anticipate new products.
• Create and maintain a 15-month rolling product roadmap.
• Develop business requirements and specification documents.
• Define product requirements for data pipelines, data models, and data services.
• Perform backlog refinement, epic planning, and other Scrum events.
• Conduct user testing prior to and post release of functionality.
• Publish value-driven release notes and user guides.
• Present roadmap updates and delivery risks to senior leadership.
• Manage day-to-day project management for the products under development.
• Adhere to Judi Health Code of Conduct including reporting non-compliance.
