This role is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of launch and post-launch activities relating to D&B’s software partnerships, and our industry vertical practices. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams across strategic partnerships, industry practice leads, pricing, marketing, sales, sales enablement, implementation, delivery, and customer success to ensure a seamless and impactful introduction to the market with alignment across all key teams globally.

  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Partner/Industry Practice leaders to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, demos, and training.
  • Ensure all cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, customer support, etc.) are prepared for the launch.

  • Gather customer insights post‑launch to identify areas for improvement and additional revenue opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that products meet user needs and expectations.
  • Ensure all departments connected to the launch are in sync and provide everything needed to execute the launch, including pricing teams, finance, commercial operations, and legal.
