Manage interactions and resolve conflicts with business partners and customers through strong networking and teamwork. Understand internal and external stakeholder challenges and incorporate insights into execution strategies. Advocate for innovative and creative approaches to problem-solving and product development.

Initiatives Management

Define goals, standards, and execution plans while accounting for constraints and opportunities. Facilitate clarity and alignment on goals across a growing organization. Drive product strategy formulation and ensure decisions are grounded in data and metrics. Provide clear objectives that enable teams to independently prioritize work. Evaluate cross-product and intangible impacts of strategic decisions. Develop actionable strategy and execution recommendations. Own full lifecycle responsibility for a product pillar—from strategy through delivery. Ensure overall product success beyond individual ownership areas. Exercise autonomy in determining approaches to complex, high-impact assignments. Serve as a high-impact contributor across projects and teams.

Act as a subject matter expert across the organization. Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior management and supporting functions. Influence decision-making processes within and beyond the immediate organization. Prioritize effectively by focusing on the most critical opportunities.

Communication

Communicate ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively to diverse audiences. Build strong relationships across teams and organizational levels. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare. Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in Product Management. Healthcare domain experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Masters in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare. Payment Integrity domain expertise.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $180,347.00 - $270,521.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and does not reflect the value of the total rewards compensation.
