Job summary

Acushnet Company in Carlsbad, California, is seeking a Product Manager for the Vokey Wedges portfolio to lead development, go‑to‑market strategy, and lifecycle management with cross‑functional teams.

You will partner with R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce to ensure products are developed, launched and supported with precision and impact, and you’ll act as a product expert shaping positioning and education across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management, Marketing, Operations/Planning, Sales, or related function.
• Strong golf acumen with solid business and product planning skills.
• Experience supporting products through development, launch, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Vokey wedge portfolio from development through lifecycle management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Ecommerce.
• Own day-to-day management of the WedgeWorks line, including limited releases and ongoing offerings.
• Contribute to broader Vokey product strategy, positioning, and education efforts.
