Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) seeks a motivated Product Manager to join the HPE GreenLake team, shaping the next-generation hybrid cloud platform by driving feature execution and gathering customer feedback.

You will partner with UX, engineering, and field sales across agile sprints, translate VOC into user stories, and analyze usage data to guide roadmap prioritization and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management or related cloud/enterprise software roles.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architecture and core infra concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the product execution lifecycle for designated platform feature sets; translate VOC feedback into actionable user stories, engineering tickets, and release criteria.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX design, software engineering, solution architects, and QA across agile sprints to ensure on-time delivery of platform enhancements.
• Analyze telemetry and usage data to guide roadmap prioritization and identify cross-sell opportunities across hybrid cloud services.

• Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a motivated, driven, technical, and customer-focused Product Manager to join the HPE GreenLake team
• In this role, you will help shape the next-generation hybrid cloud platform by driving core feature execution, gathering customer feedback, and bridging the gap between engineering teams, field sales, and enterprise customers
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with UX design, software engineering, solution architects, and quality assurance teams across agile sprints to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of platform enhancements
• Customer & Field Enablement: Conduct discovery sessions with field sales, channel partners, and customers to understand operational pain points. Assist in creating technical documentation, sales enablement content, and session demos for events and conferences
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze telemetry, usage data, and adoption analytics to track feature performance, guide roadmap prioritization, and identify cross-sell or expansion opportunities across hybrid cloud services
• Product Backlog & Feature Execution: Own the product execution lifecycle for designated platform feature sets. Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and strategic requirements into actionable user stories, engineering tickets, and release criteria

Cloud & Virtualization Domain Knowledge:

Strong foundational understanding of hybrid cloud architecture, public cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and core infrastructure building blocks (compute, storage, and networking)

Experience:

3-5 years of product management, technical marketing engineering (TME), solutions architecture, or systems engineering experience within cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystems

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex architectural concepts to both technical engineering teams and customer-facing audiences

Agile Execution:

Hands-on experience working with software development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing Jira backlogs, and writing functional product specifications (PRDs)
