Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management, technical marketing engineering (TME), solutions architecture, or systems engineering experience in cloud/SaaS/enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration with UX design, software engineering, architects, and QA to ensure on-time delivery of platform enhancements.
• Conduct discovery sessions with field sales, partners, and customers to address pain points and create technical docs and demos.
• Analyze telemetry and usage data to guide roadmap prioritization and identify cross-sell opportunities across hybrid cloud services.
• Own the product execution lifecycle and translate VOC feedback into actionable user stories and release criteria.
