Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в менеджменте продукта, процессном инжиниринге или операционной трансформации, с измеримой экономией операционных затрат.

Responsibilities

• Спроектировать, внедрить и управлять сквозными агентскими AI-решениями для высокоэффективных бизнес-процессов.
• Продвигать внедрение AI в банковских операциях через перевод ML/AI-концепций в практические системы
• Идентифицировать барьеры адаптации и разрабатывать рамки для внедрения AI в повседневные операции.
• Руководить capture процессов, анализом потерь и картированием рабочих процессов; оценивать возможности полного редизайна процессов.
• Сотрудничать с владельцами Salesforce и архитектурой AWS для интеграции AI-агентов в существующую инфраструктуру
• Определять и отслеживать метрики инициатив: FTE-эффект, время обработки, уровни ошибок, стоимость за едницу, экономия времени.
• Работать с руководителями банковских операций, Data Science и Security/Compliance для формирования требований и PRD.
• Гарантировать готовность продукта к запускам без нарушения процессов и контрольной среды.

Описание: N26 is a digital banking platform that provides a branch-free banking experience with no paperwork or hidden fees. It uses technology and design to deliver digital banking and savings services.

Задачи

• Architect, deploy, and govern end-to-end, multi-step Agentic AI solutions and automations for high-volume processes, cross-team friction, and manual back-office tasks
• Champion AI adoption in Banking Operations by translating ML/AI concepts into practical systems
• Identify adoption barriers and design frameworks that embed AI capabilities into daily operations and team decision-making
• Lead process capture, process mining, and workflow mapping; evaluate end-to-end workflow redesign opportunities
• Partner with Conversational Banking and Platform owners to optimize Salesforce and integrate AI agents with central architecture and AWS infrastructure
• Define and track initiative metrics, including FTE impact, handling times, error rates, cost per unit, and time saved
• Work with Banking Ops leads, Data Science, AI Enablement, and Engineering to turn operational pain points into product specs, PRDs, and prompt configurations
• Collaborate with Data Protection, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure workflows comply with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and internal governance standards
• Own product readiness for launches and ensure changes do not disrupt downstream processes, control environments, or customer outcomes

Требования

• 5+ Years in Product Management, Process Engineering, or Operational Transformation Experience taking ML, RPA, or Agentic AI products from 0 to 1 or significantly scaling them, with quantified operational savings
• Comfortable working with APIs, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools; able to build or configure a first version and shape a long-term vision
• Expertise in workflow mapping, failure demand analysis, and waste-reduction methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma Banking or fintech experience, including compliance, legal, and risk sign-offs in a control-heavy environment
• Proficient in using data to model impact and measure results, with Power BI, SQL, or similar
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting complex trade-offs to senior leadership and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Structured, systems-oriented, AI-first, pragmatic, and outcome-focused **Nice to have:** Experience in a fast-moving tech, digital, or fintech environment
