This role offers the opportunity to lead a product development team focused on launching an innovative renters insurance product. You will contribute to shaping the product vision, define the roadmap, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of a compelling product strategy by gathering insights and analyzing data.
  • Defining product priorities and trade-offs, balancing impact with speed.
  • Collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features from concept to launch.
  • Tracking, measuring, and analyzing product metrics to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Acting as the customer advocate by translating feedback and research into actionable product opportunities.
  • Partnering with go-to-market and support teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
  • Contributing to a collaborative, learning-focused product development environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management or a highly related role.
