Job summary

Branch International is seeking a Product Manager in India with 1–3 years of experience to join our product team. You will collaborate with our global engineering group to strengthen existing products and build new ones for Branch.

You will work in a data‑driven, servant‑leadership environment that values bottom‑up innovation. A hybrid work setup and a strong focus on customer outcomes are core to this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of total experience in product or related roles.
• Experience in fintech is a plus but not required.
• Ability to collaborate with remote team members and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Obsess over the customer by analyzing data, conducting user research, and gathering direct feedback.
• Turn ambiguity into clear product opportunities and actionable roadmaps.
• Define requirements and partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Design experiments, analyze results, and base decisions on evidence.
• Track product performance and drive improvements in customer and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Data Science, Compliance, Design, and Engineering to solve problems.
• Evaluate third‑party partnerships and integrations to accelerate roadmap.
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying long‑term value opportunities.
