Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager for Find & Schedule Care in the United States. You will own the end-to-end access front door for members, from searching in-network providers to real-time availability and booking care, while ensuring an accurate and seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of product experience.
• Minimum 3 years with the software lifecycle and related processes.
• Minimum 1 year of advanced domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Find & Schedule Care.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities and experiments.
• Manage the product backlog and drive backlog prioritization.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and cross-functional reviews.
• Ensure the live product remains accurate, relevant, and trusted by members.
