AlphaSense is seeking a Product Manager specializing in Financial Data Generation and Presentation. You will own the data taxonomy, align data rules with team needs, and collaborate with engineering, research, product, and sales to deliver high-quality datasets.

The role demands a strong analytical mindset, experience with AI/LLM tools, SQL and Python, and a passion for financial data and capital markets. The team values clarity, scalability, and cross-functional impact across our global offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a highly analytical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with data structures, taxonomy, or data governance, incl. 2+ years in product management or cross-functional role.
• Hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools as an internal practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve AlphaSense's financial data taxonomy with metrics across sectors and standards.
• Define data generation rules for various data types so clients can discover and understand the data.
• Serve as internal SME on financial data generation and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, product, sales, and client teams to align rules and datasets.
• Identify gaps as new companies and datasets onboarded and drive resolution.
• Define use cases for new datasets extending beyond core statements.
• Design and maintain data structures with AI/LLM compatibility for training and inference.
• Lay foundations for scalable expansion through repeatable frameworks.
