Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead requirements for medium to large-scale Exchange Product Development projects. You will coordinate with Development, QA, and Operations to ensure requirements are implemented and tested to meet stakeholder needs.

You will gather requests from diverse stakeholders, create artifacts, wireframes, and documentation, and guide prioritization, acceptance testing and feature socialization across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science.
• 7+ years’ experience in writing and managing requirements and translating them into design/architecture.
• 4+ years using UI wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Origami, etc.
• 4+ years using iterative development methodologies such as RUP and/or Agile.
• 4+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Gather internal and external enhancement or new functionality requests from stakeholders.
• Help prioritize requirements with Business, Sales, Operations, and Dev Executives.
• Analyze, document and manage software requirements for Exchange Product Development projects.
• Create quality requirements artifacts including functional specs, use cases, and process flows.
• Create GUI screen mockups and wireframes to depict desired User Interfaces.
• Document and improve user guides, charting, reporting and product specification management.
• Keep up to date on competitor offerings and technology advances.
• Assist QA and Operations with testing and troubleshooting.
