Product Manager — Entry Point

Are you passionate about crafting seamless user experiences that start with a powerful first impression? At Pax8, we’re looking for a Product Manager — Entry Point to lead the strategy and execution of our platform’s most critical touchpoints: signup, onboarding, and legal agreement workflows.

This role is pivotal in shaping how users begin their journey with Pax8—from the moment they sign up to their full integration into our cloud marketplace. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver experiences that are intuitive, compliant, and conversion-driven.

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead the vision for platform entry points, ensuring they’re seamless, user-friendly, and aligned with compliance standards.
• Own the roadmap for onboarding and clickwrap functionality, driving measurable impact for customers and the business.
• Use design thinking, experimentation, and user testing to uncover insights and shape product decisions.
• Partner across teams to align priorities, establish shared goals, and deliver high-impact improvements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and guide trade-off decisions to maximize speed-to-market and value.
• Track performance against OKRs and continuously iterate based on data and feedback.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS, onboarding systems, or UX optimization.
• Deep understanding of signup flows, onboarding journeys, and legal agreement acceptance.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, SendGrid, OneSignal, and headless CMS platforms like Contentful.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Rally).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and inform decisions.
• Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and a bias toward action.
• Proven track record of shipping features that drive business outcomes.

Compensation

Compensation Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $99,000/yr to $125,000/yr depending on experience.
