Creative Artists Agency is seeking a Product Manager to join our IT Product Management team in Nashville. You will lead products across the digital life cycle, partnering with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver value-driven features.

You will participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, create roadmaps, and ensure user-centric experiences while protecting data privacy and security. The role emphasizes collaboration, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of product management across the digital lifecycle.
• 2+ years using SAFe and Scrum in agile teams.
• Music industry experience is a plus.
• Strong Jira, Confluence, and GitHub proficiency.
• Proficient with Chrome DevTools to test features.
• Curious, eager to learn, and security-conscious.
• Experience handling sensitive information and ensuring data privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop deep understanding of products you will lead and their workflows.
• Manage products from vision to launch and ongoing support.
• Coordinate with other product managers to align roadmaps.
• Participate in SAFe Agile Release Train ceremonies.
• Create product roadmaps with business leaders and engineers.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to design intuitive experiences.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and HR requirements are represented.
• Use data to identify opportunities and impact.
