Job description

Product Manager, Enterprise

Hightouch is the leading data and AI platform for marketing, growth, and digital teams at the world's most iconic brands. More than 1,000 enterprises, including PetSmart, the NBA, Spotify, GameStop, and WeightWatchers, use Hightouch to power their customer and revenue engines.

Our Customer Data Platform enables all business users—marketing, advertising, growth, channel, product, analytics—to directly access unified customer data to support their daily operations. We act as a "layer" that bridges central data systems like data warehouses with critical business tools such as CRMs, marketing automation, ad networks, and operational systems.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Hightouch is funded by top investors and has offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. We have grown over 10x in the past two years and are expanding across all teams following a Series C funding round at a $1B+ valuation.

About The Role

You will be a product leader on the Control Plane team, responsible for horizontal features across the entire Hightouch product suite. Your focus will be on crafting foundational building blocks used daily by enterprise customers to operate and deploy Hightouch across their organizations. Key challenges include:

  • Core Workflows: managing resources, environments, navigation, notifications, lineage
  • Administration: roles & permissions, workspace structure, reporting, security & compliance
  • Other Foundations: 3rd party extensions, internal tooling, APIs, billing

This role owns the roadmap for solving platform-wide problems, enabling Hightouch to serve enterprise customers at scale and grow as a multi-product company. Our growth strategy involves expanding into major brands, which are heavily impacted by admin and workflow challenges addressed by the Control Plane. Delivering a coherent and elegant product is essential.

We seek a PM passionate about building a world-class platform that drives enterprise growth and supports multi-SKU expansion. You will lead discovery, strategy, roadmapping, and execution for the Control Plane portfolio, with full accountability for product adoption and go-to-market success. This high-visibility role involves frequent customer presentations and solutions for large enterprise challenges.

You will join a world-class Product team that champions innovation. We invented Reverse ETL and pioneered the Composable architecture, transforming the CDP landscape. As a multi-product company, each PM is a true owner, independently driving their area and delivering business impact.

About You

  • Customer Obsession: You are a relentless advocate for customers, forging deep connections and anticipating needs before they are articulated.
  • Technical Aptitude: You translate complex engineering challenges into elegant solutions, fluently speaking both engineer and user languages.
  • Strong Communicator: Your communication inspires and resonates, turning insights into action.
  • Hunger and Speed: You thrive in a high-energy environment, embracing rapid iteration and bold moves.
  • Outcome Mindset: You focus on strategic success, making decisions that drive measurable business results.
