Medical Informatics Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead discovery with customers, understand workflows, and translate insights into prioritized roadmaps.

The role requires deep product knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on measurable outcomes. You'll own product capabilities end-to-end, collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable solutions, and work with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to drive successful launches while defining KPIs

Competenze

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology.
• Experience owning complex product capabilities or workflows end-to-end.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong product discovery and problem-framing abilities.
• Ability to prioritize based on customer impact, strategic fit, and ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and an outcome-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience modernizing legacy platforms or complex enterprise systems
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product development or workflows
• Certifications in Pragmatic Marketing or Agile/Scrum are a plus
