Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for enterprise data exchange capabilities, ensuring secure, scalable data sharing across ecosystems. You will partner with business, technology, data governance, privacy, and security teams to drive interoperability and reusable data exchange patterns.

The role is hybrid if located near PA/NY offices, with duties including roadmapping, backlog ownership, governance representation, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 years of Product experience required.
1 year of Advanced domain experience preferred.
3 years with the Software Lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
Anticipate future needs and use metrics and qualitative input to identify improvements.
Represent the product in governance meetings.
Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences.
Own the product backlog and refresh/re-prioritize regularly.
Serve as accountable owner for the portfolio's products/tools.
Identify cross-product and cross-customer value and learnings.
Other duties as assigned.
