The Zions Bancorporation, Enterprise Commercial Products department, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Product Manager for Communications, passionate about creating compelling product content across multiple channels and platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and organized individual to join a collaborative team focused on developing and executing impactful product assets. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with proven success in communications strategies within the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive internal and external communication plans across print, digital, and video channels.
• Write and edit various communication contents, including client emails, website copy, presentations, newsletters, product documents, videos, infographics, and reports.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accurately reflects bank products and services, maintaining consistency in tone and style.
• Lead the creation of high-quality product videos and demos for clients, sales, and operations teams.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to promote consistent messaging and ensure engagement on bank initiatives.
• Monitor trends and data to evaluate communication effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create templates and tools for Product Managers to promote the bank’s services and programs.
• Demonstrate strong project management, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ensure all communications comply with risk and compliance standards.
• Uphold brand guidelines and proper logo usage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and communication best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in financial industry communications, with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Understanding of Agile project management principles.
• Familiarity with AI search engines and prompting.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and compellingly.
• Experience developing financial services assets and communications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proven success working across large organizations with diverse teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Communications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective leadership and collaboration.
• Strategic problem-solving skills to identify obstacles and develop creative solutions.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of initiating projects independently.
