• 3-6 years of product management experience in enterprise or startup settings.
• Genuine builder mindset with comfort in ambiguity and rapid prototyping.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools to draft specs, analyze data, and prototype solutions.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and data-driven products.
• Strong execution mindset to turn direction into a concrete plan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Customer-focused thinking with ability to synthesize user insights.
• Ability to operate in highly matrixed, resource-constrained environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own pieces of new product initiatives end-to-end from framing to delivery.
• Drive rapid prototyping and experimentation with data, feedback, and testing.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct customer research and synthesize insights to inform the roadmap.
• Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver MVPs on tight timelines.
• Track emerging technology trends and bring fresh perspectives to spot opportunities.
• Maintain roadmaps, write detailed specs, and define success metrics.
