Job summary

MacLean Power Systems is seeking a Product Manager at our Bessemer, Alabama site to develop and execute comprehensive product line roadmaps that drive fiscal performance. You will collaborate with customers, sales teams, application engineers, and design engineers to align deliverables with market needs and price levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Experience in electrical transmission or distribution utility market is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product line roadmaps to achieve fiscal goals.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, application engineers, and design engineers to align deliverables with customer expectations.
• Engage end-users to assess product requirements and market-driven price levels.
• Design go-to-market strategies, including marketing and pricing initiatives.
• Provide technical solutions to meet client and customer needs while ensuring adoption of advanced technologies.
• Ensure all reported technical issues are resolved promptly and in compliance with standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and oversee adaptations to address user requirements.
• Develop and implement policies for technical training for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to 5S standards by maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Comply with all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
• Undertake additional duties assigned to support organizational objectives.
