Daniel J. Edelman Holdings is seeking a Product Manager to own a core AI-enabled, earned-first workflow experience. You will partner with client teams, strategists, creatives, and engineers to translate insights into scalable products that support data-backed, earned-first campaigns.
The role emphasizes collaboration across account teams and tech partners, with a strong focus on user research, product discovery, and iterative delivery in a fast-paced environment.
We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging. Consistent with this approach, we hire the best qualified candidates for all positions. Edelman is building a new generation of AI-enabled products and workflows to support how communications teams develop earned-first strategy. We are looking for a Product Manager to own a core part of that experience: helping client teams develop earned-first, data-backed strategy and creative. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role at the intersection of AI, product, and marketing. You will work closely with account teams, strategists, creatives, and other subject‑matter experts to deeply understand their needs and workflows, then partner with engineering and design to turn those insights into intuitive, scalable products. The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience in technically complex environments, with the fluency to work side‑by‑side with full‑stack engineers building AI‑enabled, data‑driven products. Experience in communications, agency, consulting, marketing, or other client‑service environments is also highly valuable.
Approximately 3‑5 years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, digital product delivery, technology or solutions consulting, or a related role.
You are a product thinker, translator, and problem solver. You enjoy spending time with users, understanding how work actually happens, and identifying opportunities they may not articulate themselves. You can move comfortably between a conversation with an account lead about a client workflow and a conversation with an engineer about how the underlying product should work. You are curious about AI but pragmatic about where it adds value. And you care as much about whether people understand, trust, and use a product as you do about whether it ships.
