Role Overview

We seek a Product Manager, ECommerce Sr. Consulting Manager to deliver excellence across Cognizant’s Five Pillars: Project Execution, Expertise, Business Development, Practice Development, and People Development. This senior role involves partnering with clients, leading advisory engagements, and guiding teams to transform client businesses.

Responsibilities

1. Design and build enterprise B2B commerce platforms tailored to client needs.
2. Lead product strategy and roadmap discussions with stakeholders.
3. Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and use cases.
4. Configure and customize SaaS platforms like Salesforce B2B Commerce, including product catalogs and roles.
5. Integrate commerce platforms with CMS, SAP, Salesforce, and third-party applications.
6. Provide guidance on industry best practices and trends.
7. Review test plans to ensure solution quality.
8. Guide development teams on complex issues.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, digital strategy, or transformation, with leadership experience in client-facing roles.
• At least 2 years leading digital technology teams.
• Extensive experience with B2B SaaS platforms like Salesforce, Kibo, Adobe, SAP, BigCommerce.
• Knowledge of B2B data models and platform APIs.
• Understanding of CMS and ERP integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading consulting teams and developing business opportunities.

Additional Details

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary Range: $98,853 - $158,500, with potential incentives.
