As a Product Manager Director, you’ll help scale our enterprise product team and drive the next chapter of innovation. You’ll lead the buildout of a new offering designed to disrupt the fraud and abuse landscape — tackling high-complexity problems that span deep technical systems, coordinated adversaries, and global Customer needs. You’ll work closely alongside exceptional teams in engineering, research, and data science, to deliver breakthrough products. This is a high-scope, high-impact role shaping the future of how the internet defends itself.


What you'll do:
  • Lead roadmap strategy, execution and product delivery for HUMAN’s upcoming new CyberFraud Solution in line with company goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve the product strategy, shape roadmap priorities, and define post-MVP growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Customer needs, pain points, and workflows through direct engagement with top clients.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and research to define and deliver scalable capabilities rooted in behavioral and adversarial signals.
  • Manage delivery across critical initiatives, including Customer onboarding simplification, automation of human-in-the-loop systems, and legacy product convergence.
  • Establish execution rhythms across time zones to ensure momentum, unblock decisions, and drive results in coordination with technical counterparts.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to an existing team of product managers.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, operations, and go-to-market to deliver cohesive, measurable outcomes.

Who you are:
  • 10+ years of product management experience in Enterprise B2B products or directly leading development teams in enterprise B2B products.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in highly technical domains such as cybersecurity, fraud, developer platforms, or infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams, set direction, and drive execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Exceptional communicator — clear, structured, and persuasive across engineering, executive, and Customer audiences
  • Deep technical fluency with APIs, backend systems, detection logic, and behavioral data — able to challenge and support engineering and research teams
  • Proven success shipping products at scale, coordinating across time zones, and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Relentlessly focused on Customer impact — you engage directly, and often, and ensure the product remains aligned with Customer outcomes
