Job summary

Qualifications

• Conceptual and practical expertise in semiconductor equipment, preferably chemical mechanical planarization, with knowledge of hardware, process technology, applications, platforms, or customer fabrication operations.
• Working knowledge of product development, new-product introduction, service readiness, product release, customer-site evaluation, and field-support requirements.
• Program-management experience leading matrixed, cross-functional technical programs and customer evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDP and NPI plans with service requirements and offerings.
• Develop new digital capabilities, predictive analytics solutions, and differentiated service-product offerings for emerging applications and platforms.
• Lead NPI evaluations and demonstrations at customer sites through the service evaluation, including SOW, technical requirements, success criteria, deliverables, schedule commitments, and closure.
• Lead cross-functional execution teams and collaborate with engineering, field service, product support, application engineering, digital-tool teams, and customers on scope, analysis, schedule, risks, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Define and approve product-application support plans and knowledge-transfer packages for service-product offerings, new applications, and platforms.
