Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Duluth, GA is seeking a Product Manager to lead modernization programs for digital platforms. You will own the backlog, define MVPs, and drive phased releases that deliver measurable business value.

You will collaborate with UX, engineering, data, and operations teams, while providing regular updates to senior leadership on priorities and outcomes. Experience with PIM/PXM and omnichannel readiness is a plus.

Formación

• Strong product management or ownership experience leading complex digital modernization initiatives.
• Ability to establish clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with business leadership to identify opportunities and define capabilities.
• Skilled in product discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, journey mapping and data insights.
• Translate business objectives into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans.
• Backlog ownership and prioritization balancing value, impact, urgency, risk and feasibility.
• Define MVP scope and phased roadmaps delivering incremental value.
• Proficient in Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint and release planning.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for modernization programs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into prioritized capabilities.
• Lead product discovery workshops and align across business, operations, technology and leadership.
• Own and maintain the product backlog with prioritization based on value and feasibility.
• Serve as the primary product decision-maker balancing business, technical, dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, engineering, data, integration, and QA to ensure aligned solutions.
• Define MVPs and phased releases delivering incremental value while supporting the long-term vision.
• Establish success metrics and continuously evaluate performance and user feedback.
• Drive readiness, adoption, and change management with stakeholder communication.
• Provide executive updates on roadmap progress, priorities, risks, dependencies, decisions and value realization.
