WAGO Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Device Connection and Pluggable Installation Technologies to lead the full product lifecycle and commercialization for assigned product lines, including strategy, requirements, and go-to-market plans with channel partners and customers.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and sales to define market requirements, set pricing, and drive revenue targets while coordinating global and Americas initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience in product development.
• Knowledge of the printed circuit board and/or electrical interconnect or other similar markets is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meeting and exceeding revenue targets for assigned product line(s).
• Develop and implement a business plan to market products and grow sales in line with targets in the Americas.
• Support global and local product initiatives through the PLM framework.
• Interface with international colleagues to represent Americas needs.
• Position offerings with key industry standards within scope.
• Monitor competitors’ products and respond accordingly.
• Track marketplace trends and address them with a plan.
• Coordinate with Marcom for white papers, events, promos and social media.
• Coordinate product sales with the sales force and key customers.
• Collaborate with channel partners (distributors, OEMs, etc).
• Forecast product inventory throughout lifecycle.
• Work with Industry Managers to cross-promote within verticals.
• Travel minimum 25% domestically and internationally.
