Job summary

Willow Education is seeking a Product Manager (design-led) for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will own problems from user research through shipped product, do the design work yourself, and apply AI daily to build coded prototypes.

You will join a small, mission-driven team in a public benefit corporation, with equity and a strong focus on impact for schools and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end product life cycles.
• Strong user research and problem-framing skills.
• Ability to build and test coded prototypes.
• Familiarity with incorporating AI into product decisions.
