Job summary

Referment is seeking a Product Manager to own the data infrastructure powering its people analytics. You will bridge human-capital, analytics and engineering teams to shape secure data products that support reporting, BI and emerging generative-AI use cases.

This technical product role emphasizes depth across schemas, ETL, APIs and delivery. You will translate stakeholder needs into precise requirements, drive delivery, testing, rollout, and ongoing operational support.

Qualifications

• Four to eight years of product-management experience, especially in data/analytics products.
• Strong Excel, SQL and Python skills; experience with data engineers, data scientists and software developers.
• Working knowledge of ETL, BI infrastructure, APIs and data modelling.

You will connect human-capital, analytics and engineering teams, shaping secure data products that support reporting, business intelligence and new generative-AI use cases.

This is a technical product role with meaningful depth across schemas, ETL, APIs and delivery. You will translate stakeholder needs into precise requirements, anticipate edge cases and stay involved through development, testing, rollout and operational support.

• The ability to explain technical concepts clearly, own delivery and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Generative-AI infrastructure experience, including vector databases, RAG or semantic search, is useful but not essential.
