Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Product Manager, Data Strategy & Physical AI to define and execute the long-term vision for FAR's AI-powered robotics platform. You will shape data strategy for foundation models, build a partner ecosystem, and architect data collection and synthetic data pipelines at scale.

You will lead cross-functional teams across ML research, simulation, robotics, and hardware to transform field data into training tokens and ensure data governance and compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical product management.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience leading AI/ML platform or robotics product strategy.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition for AI/ML or robotics systems.

Responsibilities

• Data Acquisition & Labeling Ecosystem: Establish partnerships, tools, and vendor pipelines to acquire, curate, and continuously label multi-modal datasets for training large-scale models.
• Fleet Data Flywheel Infrastructure: Architect a framework for a continuous data flywheel that streams high-frequency data from robot fleets into the training loop.
• Synthetic Data & Simulation Strategy: Define strategy for generating high-fidelity synthesized datasets using advanced simulation environments.
• Data Compliance & Governance: Partner with operations, privacy, legal, and security teams to ensure data minimization, anonymization and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Data Quality & Token Curation: Implement telemetry filtering and dataset pruning to identify high-value logs and optimize training compute costs.
• Cross-Functional Physical AI Delivery: Bridge between ML research, simulation, robotics engineering, and hardware teams to deliver data-ready platform features.
