What You’ll Do

As a Data Product Manager to lead and scale our data product capabilities. This role will own the roadmap, execution, and cross-functional alignment for our data initiatives, working closely with Data Engineer, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Data Ops, to fulfill a lot of our goals and collaborations with data stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and roadmap for data products and platforms, in close collaboration with Data Engineer, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Data Ops.
  • Manage the data team’s implementation pipeline, ensuring high value delivery of features and infrastructure.
  • Act as the bridge between business needs and data capabilities — defining product requirements that unlock insights, automation, and quality.
  • Oversee deployment and lifecycle of ML models, including model validation, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
  • Lead experimentation and data science initiatives, ensuring algorithm development aligns with product goals.
  • Advocate for data quality, governance, and accessibility across the organization.
Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on data-focused or ML/AI products.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics pipelines, and machine learning workflows.
  • Experience working with data scientists and ML engineers to take models from prototype to production.
  • Ability to write clear, technical product specs and translate it in laymen business languages.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, AWS, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills — able to manage stakeholders and keep the team focused on values.
Nice to Have

  • On-hand background in data science or data engineering is a plus.
  • Prior experience in advertising, or gaming environments.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing.
