Your opportunity

As a Product Manager in the New Relic Data Intelligence and Analytics platform group, you will contribute to the vision and strategy for our industry-leading data and intelligence cloud. You’ll help grow revenue by leading the delivery of new customer-facing platform features and collaborating across teams to provide platform capabilities that solve customer problems. You will work with top-tier products and brands to address observability challenges, enabling reliable and delightful digital experiences for their customers.

What you'll do
  1. Work directly with customers to understand their desired business outcomes, challenges, and how observability can help achieve their goals.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to solve customer problems, bring new capabilities to market, and drive business results.
  3. Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  4. Leverage knowledge of customers, business landscape, and competition to contribute to the medium and long-term vision and strategy for the platform group.
This role requires
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT, business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar technical leadership role responsible for launching products.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and organizational boundaries to achieve business outcomes.
Bonus points if you have
  • Experience with open source or commercial observability tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud services.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies.
  • Experience with SQL or other database query languages.
  • Background as a software engineer or architect.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and/or RESTful APIs.
