Job description

Sigma is a next-generation business intelligence, data exploration, and application-building platform that is changing the analytics landscape. It offers a spreadsheet-like interface that enables all decision makers to securely analyze, and interact with, billions of rows of live data with the unlimited scale and speed of the cloud. With Sigma, everyone can quickly answer their own questions to make and visualize accurate, data-driven decisions.

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead one of our most exciting new initiatives: Data Apps.
In this high-impact role, you’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a brand-new 0→1 product - empowering our customers not just to uncover insights, but to act on them and automate powerful workflows. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, working hand-in-hand with customers to build something they’ll truly love.

You’ll have direct exposure to Sigma’s executive leadership and partner closely with our go-to-market, engineering, and design teams to launch a category-defining product. This is a rare opportunity to drive major business growth, shape the future of our platform, and unlock entirely new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the vision: Define the strategy and roadmap for Data Apps, rally leadership around your vision, and keep the entire organization aligned and inspired.

  • Deliver excellence at startup speed: Work hand-in-hand with world-class design and engineering teams to move fast, build iteratively, and launch exceptional products that wow our customers.

  • Be the voice of the customer: Dive deep into customer needs and business goals, and turn those insights into product experiences that truly make a difference.

  • Power our go-to-market success: Collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to craft a seamless and impactful GTM strategy.

  • Build, learn, and evolve: Lead your team through rapid build-test-launch cycles, with a focus on quick iteration, smart learning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Product Leadership: 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS and startup environments, with a proven ability to build and scale impactful products. Experience building application platforms or similar technologies is a big plus.

  • Technical Chops: Deep understanding of databases, data infrastructure, APIs, and security. Hands-on experience with data modeling or technical platforms is highly valued.

  • Go-to-Market Expertise: Strong grasp of B2B GTM motions, with a proven track record of working closely and effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

  • Design Instincts: A passion for intuitive UX — and experience partnering tightly with design teams to deliver products that feel effortless and delight users.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to craft bold, long-term product strategies and drive them through clear, actionable roadmaps.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Skilled at making complex ideas simple — whether you’re talking to engineers, executives, or customers.

  • Cross-Functional Leader: Experienced at rallying teams, managing stakeholders, and keeping momentum high in fast-moving environments.

  • Startup DNA: Action-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable - you’re energized by change and ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
