Slate is seeking a proactive Product Manager for Accessories in Carson, CA. You will own an end-to-end lifecycle for exterior or interior hard-goods, translating customer needs into compelling product features and driving the development process with Design, Engineering, and Brand teams.

You will collaborate across Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain, negotiating licenses and reseller agreements while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent.
• MS/MBA a plus; exceptional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into useful products that foster brand connections.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for accessories, coordinating with Design, Engineering, Brand, and Legal.
• Lead market studies, build business cases, and defend product roadmaps.
