Job summary

21shares US is seeking a Product Manager to own Onyx product requirements, translating business needs into engineering deliverables. You will work with the SVP of Technology Products in a fast-moving crypto ETF environment, shaping platform capabilities and data standards across markets.

You will partner with investment and operations teams, advocate for users, and manage end-to-end discovery, scoping, and go-live processes.

Qualifications

• Writes user stories, process flows, or functional specs that engineering teams build from.
• Ability to structure requirements and translate observations into system needs.
• Experience with data models, integrations, and platform dependencies.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms requiring accuracy, auditability, and reliability.
• Comfort working across timezones with distributed teams.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in improving workflows and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Embed with investment and operations teams to observe workflows firsthand.
• Champion user perspective in product decisions and ensure Onyx delivers value.
• Own requirements end-to-end: discovery, scoping, handoff, UAT, go-live.
• Define platform capabilities, data standards, and integration points for multi-market onboarding.
• Collaborate with engineering to surface dependencies and reduce operational risk.
• Identify when market-specific needs are platform capabilities and standardize builds.
